Hey, I'm SHIDOSHI LOU!
7th Degree Black Belt 48 years of martial arts experience. IDF-trained instructor. Over 6,000 students trained at our 6,000 SF Odessa facility. Shidoshi Lou has dedicated his life to building confidence, discipline, and character in students of all ages — from ages 4 through adult.
